[Announcement] Admission course planning table for the 111-113 academic year - instructions for adjusting the required courses for professional elective courses to elective courses The University of Cambridge emphasizes that the core spirit of its courses lies in "flexibility and choice." prestigious British and American universities have reduced the number of required course credits. National Chengchi University also reduced the number of required credits to 40% of graduation credits in 2017. Our school held a consultation meeting with provosts and curriculum experts from several universities on December 9, 2013, and decided to give students greater "flexibility and choice" in taking courses, and adjust the required courses that were originally included in the "professional elective courses" to elective courses. This not only makes the course plan more clearly distinguish between compulsory and elective courses, but also allows students to have more flexible study space.
